From your basic home requirement to your major home furnishing needs, we have the best packages that will meet your needs:- /Basic Plan: Patch-up, nail removal, filler and touch-up | Starting from AED 450 onwards //Silver Plan: Patch-up, nail removal, filler, touch-up, minor electrical and plumbing repair | Starting from AED 600 onwards ///Gold Plan : Patch-up, nail removal, filler, touch-up, minor electrical & plumbing repair, and painting | Starting from AED 900 onwards Kindly note: - Painting charges for excess area in addition to the maximum cap shall be AED 1.25/sqft. - Supply of Plumbing and Electrical materials are excluded from the above prices. - Filler application limited to nail removal areas and minor cracks. - Additional charges applicable to cover any existing furniture prior to painting at AED 300 onwards. - Maximum applicable sqft for painting: Studio@550 sqft | 1BHK @750 sqft | 2 BHK @1000 sqft | 3 BHK @1200 sqft | 4 BHK @1400 sqft
